1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Portable ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Eligibility and Account Requirements

2.1 Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

Portable is a mobile-first AI-powered integrated development environment (IDE) that allows users to create, edit, and deploy code projects. The Service includes:

4. Public Nature of Content and Licensing

4.1 Public Accessibility

All projects created on Portable are publicly accessible by default. This means any code, content, or data you create or upload may be viewed, accessed, or copied by other users and the general public.

4.2 Content License

By creating or uploading content to Portable, you grant Volter AI and all users a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, distribute, and display your content for any purpose.

4.3 Prohibited Content

You must NOT use Portable for:

Proprietary or confidential code
Trade secrets or sensitive business information
Personal data subject to privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.)
Any content you do not have the right to make public

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
Create or distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
Engage in cryptocurrency mining
Abuse AI resources or attempt to circumvent usage limits
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates our content policies

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Volter AI and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

Subject to Section 4 above, you retain ownership of original content you create. However, by using the Service, you grant us the licenses described in Section 4.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features of the Service may require payment. Prices are subject to change with notice.

7.2 Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file.

7.3 Refunds

Refunds may be provided at our sole discretion. Contact support for refund requests.

9.2 AI-Generated Content

AI-generated code and content may contain errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating any code before use in production environments.

9.3 Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOLTER AI AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your content
Damages arising from reliance on AI-generated code
Any damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the past 12 months

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Volter AI and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

Your use of the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any rights of another party
Content you create or upload to the Service

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

12.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Content you created may remain publicly accessible as described in Section 4.

13. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

13.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing any claim, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at contact@volter.ai.

13.2 Binding Arbitration

Any disputes not resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

13.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

14. Changes to Terms
